A well-prepared abstract allows readers to quickly and accurately identify the basic content of a  This paper synthesizes a value-based Integrated Quality Management (IQM) model, termed the "Mutiara" Model, with the global discourse on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) in educational transformation toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Drawing on a qualitative single embedded case study conducted at an Integrated Islamic Elementary School in Lubuklinggau, Indonesia, involving 101 participants over a six-month period, the study examines how the Islamic value of Ihsan is operationalized across four pillars of quality management: participatory planning, integrated implementation, ethically anchored internal auditing, and continuous improvement through the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. Findings show measurable outcomes, including a rise in literacy scores, a Customer Satisfaction Index of 89 percent, and improved parental satisfaction. The paper then situates the Mutiara Model against recent international literature on AI-driven quality management and adaptive learning, proposing a three-layer symbiosis framework: data augmentation for planning and auditing, cognitive-spiritual personalization for learning, and intelligent, sustainable institutional governance. The discussion argues that intelligent technologies can strengthen, rather than dilute, the ethical-spiritual depth of Islamic education. This conceptual-empirical synthesis offers a replicable, technologically compatible framework for value-based quality management that supports the formation of a generation that is cognitively advanced, technologically capable, and ethically mature, consistent with the vision of Super Smart People for sustainable education.
