Pilar Nusantara: Journal of Education is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content. To safeguard the integrity of the academic record, the journal implements a digital archiving policy that guarantees permanent access to its publications.

The journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) to preserve published articles through a secure and distributed digital preservation system. This service helps ensure that journal content remains accessible even in the event of technical failures or permanent interruptions to the journal website.

In addition, the journal supports the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) principle, enabling participating preservation networks and libraries to maintain multiple archival copies that protect the long-term availability of scholarly publications.

Any post-publication updates, including corrections, retractions, or editorial notices, will be clearly identified and permanently linked to the original published article. Through this archiving policy, the journal ensures that all published content remains permanently discoverable, accessible, and citable for researchers, educators, and the wider academic community.
